The Future of Construction in Greece: Innovation, Strategic Collaboration, and Sustainable Solutions at the 3rd Building & Construction Summit

The evolution of the construction sector in Greece took center stage at the 3rd Building & Construction Summit, organized by BOUSSIAS Events on October 23 & 24, 2025, at Grecotel La Riviera. This two-day event served as a key meeting point for leading professionals, suppliers, and decision-makers in the industry, fostering the exchange of knowledge, experience, and strategic partnerships.

With over 340 targeted one-to-one meetings, three panel discussions, and a fire side chat, the Summit highlighted the modern challenges and emerging opportunities shaping the future of Greece’s building infrastructure.

A standout moment of the event was the active participation of Mr. Themelis Galouzis, Procurement Director at TenTec, who represented the company’s commitment to innovative and sustainable solutions in the construction sector. Through meaningful dialogue and networking, TenTec’s strategic approach to developing high-specification projects was showcased—emphasizing quality, expertise, and international perspective.

The construction ecosystem is evolving. TenTec is present, actively shaping the future.

Greece Race for the Cure 2025

On September 28, in a show of support and awareness for breast cancer in Greece, our colleagues from TenTec and TenTec residences, along with their children, participated in the 2-kilometer walk for the Greece Race for the Cure, organized by the Panhellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer “Alma Zois.”

For those women who are battling, those who have triumphed, and those we remember.

At TenTec and TenTec residences, we believe that our efforts go beyond constructing buildings; we are dedicated to fostering a stronger community.

3rd Real Estate Conference Capital.gr / Forbes

The rigid, single-purpose structures’ design is no longer sufficient to satisfy the needs of individuals and the expectations of the market. A new architectural approach is necessary, as highlighted by Mr. Alexandros Maris, the Deputy CEO of TenTec, during the 3rd Real Estate Conference hosted by Capital.gr and Forbes. He further stated: “Incorporating flexibility into design addresses the concerns of investors regarding the appropriateness of uses at any given time.”

Innovative and adaptable, TenTec team consistently strives to propose new ideas and innovations!

Fontys University of Applied Sciences Students visit

We had the joy of hosting students from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands at the construction site where Ten Brinke Group’s new offices are under construction. The aspiring engineers, along with their professors, were guided through the site by Stefanos Tsakalos, Head of the construction site, Giorgos Mavridis, Project Manager, and Tonya Katsiaganni, Group Communications Director.

The trio provided insightful information regarding the Group’s pan-European development, the construction techniques employed, and their expertise, all while addressing the eager inquiries from both students and professors.

A heartfelt thank you to all our partners and the TenTec team for their contributions to the successful execution of this project. We hope that the warmth and professionalism shown to the young students will inspire them to become dynamic, safety-focused, and engaged engineers of the future.

This area holds great importance for the local community and is being revitalized through the exciting new commercial park.

Building & Construction Summit @Costa Navarino

On October 24th and 25th, Mr. Nikos Nikolopoulos, the CEO of TenTec, attended the Building & Construction Summit at Costa Navarino. This two-day event featured B2B meetings, business negotiations, consultations, and insightful keynote and panel discussions led by industry leaders, all organized by BOUSSIAS!

The summit brought together more than 40 key decision-makers, including senior architects, construction managers, development directors, project heads, procurement managers, CDOs, CIOs, and property development specialists. They engaged in focused discussions with over 35 top suppliers from the building materials, systems, and equipment sectors.

New school complex in artemida

For almost two decades, the children of the 2nd Gymnasium have been studying in prefabricated classrooms. As the Mayor of Spata Artemida, Mr. Markou, said: “Today is an important day. After the suffering that our students have suffered for many years, they will now study in a decent, original school building. An exemplary construction. The Group adhered to the agreed schedule and completed the project, which is perfect in terms of both technical competence and quality.”

The new, state-of-the-art school building complex built by TenTec is located on a 4-acre plot. Two building volumes were created to meet the needs of the students, including, in addition to the classrooms, a multi-purpose room, a gym, a field, modern IT and technology laboratories, experimental laboratories, foreign language classrooms, teachers’ offices, sanitary facilities, as well as auxiliary facilities that support the operation of the school.

The young students were given commemorative gifts on behalf of the Group.

We all hope that this building will be a place of progress and creation! Have a good school year!

International Poseidon Half Marathon

As part of Ten Brinke Hellas, we had the pleasure of co-hosting executives from the Pan-European Group during the 15th International Half Marathon.

Among the attendees were the president of the Group and representatives from the management teams of Germany, Spain, and Portugal, who joined our Greek colleagues and executives for a scenic run along the beautiful coastline of Faliriko Ormos.

During their stay in Athens, the guests toured all active construction sites in Attica and visited the office space of our upcoming new subsidiary, which will be announced soon.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We’re thrilled to have provided over 120 children’s book titles and equipment to the Triphylia Branch of the Public Library of Kalamata. The catalyst for this initiative was the decision of a talented teacher, Mrs. Garifalia Terizakis, to step away from the comfort of the kindergarten and assume responsibility for the operation of its Annex Public Library. Given her noteworthy achievements and actions, for which she has been repeatedly recognized, we chose to support her efforts.

The results are already showing: the library is now a hub for kids and families in the region, and it’s gaining recognition across the Peloponnese with organized visits from schools.

Together, we’re not just building structures; we’re building a stronger community.

FIRST AID ON A CONSTRUCTION SITE

Our primary concern is our people on construction sites and offices safety. Thus, we completed the first, out of many more, first aid seminar at our biggest construction site. We continue aiming at informing all people about prevention and first aid provision in all our company’s workplaces.

2nd Real Estate Conference by capital.gr & Forbes magazine

The construction industry is booming after a difficult period, emphasized the CEO of TenTec S.A. Mr. Nikos Nikolopoulos on the sidelines of the 2nd real estate conference organized by Capital.gr and the Greek edition of Forbes magazine entitled “Real Estate and Greek Economy, new avenues, prospects and markets” adding that there is a huge demand for any kind of project whether it is building or energy or infrastructure.

He estimated that we will have a significant increase in this demand as he said the growth will continue and will bring along other investment plans.

Mr. Nikolopoulos said that the construction sector has auspicious prospects but underlined that it must stand up to capitalize on this positive climate.
