The first Grand Masoutis store in Attica is ready and fully operational. Together with the new Max Stores, they are the two stores housed in an environmentally friendly, low energy impact building. TenTec acted as the Project & Construction Manager along with total Supervisor of the project.

The commercial building consists of 5 levels and includes two stores: one, about 2,000 sq m and the second, about 3,100 sq m. It has a planted roof and 80 parking spaces.

We’re thrilled to have provided over 120 children’s book titles and equipment to the Triphylia Branch of the Public Library of Kalamata. The catalyst for this initiative was the decision of a talented teacher, Mrs. Garifalia Terizakis, to step away from the comfort of the kindergarten and assume responsibility for the operation of its Annex Public Library. Given her noteworthy achievements and actions, for which she has been repeatedly recognized, we chose to support her efforts.

The results are already showing: the library is now a hub for kids and families in the region, and it’s gaining recognition across the Peloponnese with organized visits from schools.

Together, we’re not just building structures; we’re building a stronger community.

Our primary concern is our people on construction sites and offices safety. Thus, we completed the first, out of many more, first aid seminar at our biggest construction site. We continue aiming at informing all people about prevention and first aid provision in all our company’s workplaces.

Acting as Project and Construction Managers at this new retail park with a total area of ​​20365 m² on a plot of 20978 m².

It has a parking space of 358 lots on the roof and consists of a basement and a ground floor.

In the biggest project currently developing in the city of Patras, the new, modern commercial park, 15 engineers are involved in the Project and Construction Management and about 100 people in technical works, every day. However, apart from the size of the construction site, it is worth mentioning that it is a “green” building which will be 20% above A+ energy class.

At Vassilis & Eliza Goulandris Foundation, where KTIRIO Building Show took place, Mr. Nikos Nikolopoulos, CEO of TenTec, spoke about a project’s quality during planning, construction work and delivery.
